Kushal Varshney is a technology expert with over 14 years of multi-sectoral experience in defining IT strategies and the future roadmap of diverse organisations. At Virescent, he steers IT-related operations at the organisation level, including M&A activities. Before joining Virescent, he was the CIO of CleanMax Solar. He also worked with Mahyco Seeds, Deloitte, IBM and Raymond earlier.

Ashfan Ganatra has over 13 years of experience across financial reporting, assurance, strategic & financial planning and investor relations. At Virescent, in addition to his role as financial controller, he is also responsible for supporting C-Suite and Board of Directors on enterprise wide strategic initiatives. He earlier worked for organisations such as Altico Capital and EY, where he steered various finance and strategic initiative for these firms.

Charmy Bhoot has over a decade’s experience in the infrastructure industry. An expert in corporate law and compliance, she leads governance, secretarial and compliance at Virescent. She specialises in corporate governance, corporate restructuring, JV, InvITs, acquisition advisory and due diligence. In her previous roles, she managed compliance for the wind portfolio of IL&FS Group and worked with Brookfield Infrastructure Group.

Himanshu Aggarwal has over 8 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience with a focus on infrastructure sectors, including renewable energy, roads, transmission, and real estate. He has led deal execution across fundraising, M&As, and InvITs. His current role at Virescent includes steering the corporate finance vertical with a specific focus on M&A and equity fundraising for the InvIT. He has earlier worked with Edelweiss, o3 Capital, Goldman Sachs, and McKinsey & Company.

N. Maharajan has around 8 years of experience in project finance, corporate finance,treasury management and debt syndication. He has a proven track record of debt financing for infrastructure projects. He currently leads the project finance vertical and debt financing at Virescent. Earlier, he also worked with JSW Group, Sterlite Power, SBI Capital Markets, and Power Finance Corporation.

Pradeep Patil has over 25 years of experience in the renewable energy sector. He has been associated with organisations like Sindicatum Renewable Energy, GlaxoSmithKline, ThermoFisher, and Strides Arcolab. He has a wide area of expertise in ESHS / ESG function in Renewable Energy (Cogen and Solar) and Pharma & Chemicals sectors in India, SE Asia & Africa. At Virescent, he is responsible for the entire ESHS / ESG function including compliances and CSR and Sustainability.

Neeraj Dubey has over 14 years of experience in Asset Management in the renewableenergy sector. He has worked with Reliance Energy Ltd, Torrent Power, Moserbaer Clean Energy Ltd, Welspun Renewable Energy, Tata Power, and Hero Future Energies. His area of expertise lies in upgrading O&M strategies and practices in business. At Virescent, he is responsible for the O&M operations.

Jitendra Singh Solanki is a Project planning and Implementation expert with 24 years of experience in O&M, Quality control and Process enhancements. He is currently the CSP Site Head at Nokh. An industry veteran, Jitendra is responsible for plant operations, maximising output at minimum cost, and completion of all statutory legal bindings and contracts negotiation.

Anupam Mathur has over 17 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, StrategicSourcing, Procurement, and contracts. He has proven his track record of cost savings by Redesign & Optimisation processes, improving the profitability of the business. He has been associated with Softbank Energy, Renew Power, Hindustan Power, Cairn Energy, and Birla Corporation in his past. At Virescent, he is responsible for Procurement, planning and executing initiatives to reduce procurement costs & contract Management.

Swapna Ravi has over 17 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, Management Reporting and Corporate Governance & Compliance. She has formerly worked with Surana, Covanta Energy & Shapoorji Pallonji. At Virescent, she is responsible for the Accounting, Audit, Banking, MIS and Tax compliance.

Sandeep Melana has over 12 years of experience in Renewable Technology. He has strong technical & program management skills in CMS development and Scada, Data Integration projects, and analytical tools of forecasting and scheduling. At Virescent, he is responsible for maintaining F&S, CMS, Scada, Application development & Database Management along with SCADA and Performance
Analysis.

Jyoti has over 18 years of experience across financial reporting, project finance,Direct and Indirect taxes, due diligence, and transactional structuring. She is an active member of the ICAI and has earlier worked with Sindicatum Renewable Energy Pte Limited and CMC Limited (Tata Group Company). At Virescent, she is responsible for supporting M&A, transition, and integration of future acquisitions.

Gautam Gunjan has over 13 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, across India and Europe. In his career, Gautam has worked with Tata Power, Hero future energies & Moserbaer Clean energy. At Virescent, he leads Data and Analytics team, works with the O&M team to ensure the quality of assets & maximize portfolio value through data analysis, budgeting and costs control.
